I decided to learn Pilates instruction after I experienced the world as a trainee (right in this studio) and I fell in love with the feeling that Pilates causes, and with the improvement from workout to workout.. I studied with a method whose goal is to adapt the workout to the trainee, and to put an emphasis on the personal improvement of each one. In my classes we will focus on classical Pilates, which made me attracted to the field in the first place

The combination between Pilates and the functional training, the precision and the holding of the body are what made me fall in love with this world. In my trainings we will get to strengthen the body and mind while doing movements that are familiar (and unfamiliar) to us from our daily lives, and we will work hard!

In my training I emphasize maximum accuracy and when I see that the trainee has understood the movement I am happy :)
My first love is the world of strength and fitness, and sometimes I combine strength exercises with classic Pilates in my training.
